Garlic Chicken Soup Recipe

Hi All, I’m Andrew. I just recently made a channel in Youtube called “Most Humble Kitchen” I will share a lot of recipes of the food that I liked and I hope you will like it too.

I want to share my version of garlic chicken soup and it’s great for our immunity in this pandemic. Garlic, Ginger, and goji berries are great to boost our body immunity. Without further ado, here is the video.

Garlic Chicken Soup Recipe – How to Cook

Ingredients:

– Chicken Breasts +/- 400gr
– Water 800ml
– Minced Garlic or whole garlic 80gr
– Sliced or Ginger Powder
– Salt +/- 3 tbs
– Chicken Stock Powder +/- 2 tbs
– Shaoxing Cooking Wine (Optional), just to make it more fragrant, you can skip it if you don’t have the wine.
– White Pepper
– Goji Berries
– Sliced leeks or Onion Leaves
