Korean Black Bean Noodle (Jajangmyeon) Easy Recipe

Hi i want to share my jajangmyeon recipe. You can eat like BTS now, like a Korean! You can make it yourself at home. You guys must have somehow missing Korean Food just because nowadays we have to be at home and you guys watched so many Korean Dramas endorsing this food. I mean who can stand it when they slurped up the noodles. You guys can make it your own without having to worry about hygiene if you opt for take out.


2 Onion
2 tbs Lemon Water
250gr Chicken Thigh
7 tbs cooking oil
300gr Chunjang Sauce
2 tsp Ginger Powder
Leeks / Scallion
2-3 tsp Sugar
1 tbs oyster sauce
2-3 tbs chicken stock
400 ml Water
2 tbs All purpose Flour
4 tbs water

Easy Dinner Rolls Recipe

Dinner Rolls Easy and Quick Recipe

All Purpose Flour 375gr
Sugar 75gr
Salt 1 tsp
Instant dry yeast 2 ⅓ tsp
Egg 1
Warm Milk 250ml
Butter 4 tbs

For the egg wash:
Egg 1
Milk 2 tbs

Put into oven at 180 deegree Celcius for 30 minutes, according to your own oven, please check it regularly to avoid burning.


Potato Semur Indonesian Fusion Recipe

Today I will share my own favorite recipe. This is the recipe that I made myself from combining ingredients from Western and Asian. In my country, Indonesia, this dish is called “Semur Kentang” but maybe internationally it will be recognized as roasted potato in a stew maybe, I just don’t know how to explain it, but I can assure you that this is legit and you won’t find any semur kentang recipe like this fusion style that i accidentally created. Here’s the video:

Semur Kentang / Roasted Potato – Fusion Style Recipe

– Potato 400gr
– Lemon Water 3 tbs for onion + 2 -3 drops for the potato
– Sliced Onion 2 pcs
– Olive Oil / Vegetable Oil – 3 tbs
– Butter/Margarin – 2 tbs
– Oregano Leaves / Powder 1 tbs

Sauce Base:
– Soy Sauce 2 tbs
– Saus Tomat 1 tbs
– Madu 2 tbs
– Chicken Stock Powder 2 tsp
– Warm Water 400ml + another 400ml when cooking
– Oyster Sauce 2 tbs
– Sugar – 60gr to taste
– Salt to taste

Garlic Chicken Soup Recipe – How to Cook


– Chicken Breasts +/- 400gr
– Water 800ml
– Minced Garlic or whole garlic 80gr
– Sliced or Ginger Powder
– Salt +/- 3 tbs
– Chicken Stock Powder +/- 2 tbs
– Shaoxing Cooking Wine (Optional), just to make it more fragrant, you can skip it if you don’t have the wine.
– White Pepper
– Goji Berries
– Sliced leeks or Onion Leaves
