You guys must have somehow missing Korean Food just because nowadays we have to be at home and you guys watched so many Korean Dramas endorsing this food. In my country, Indonesia, this dish is called “Semur Kentang” but maybe internationally it will be recognized as roasted potato in a stew maybe, I just don’t know how to explain it, but I can assure you that this is legit and you won’t find any semur kentang recipe like this fusion style that i accidentally created. I want to share my version of garlic chicken soup and it’s great for our immunity in this pandemic. Garlic, Ginger, and goji berries are great to boost our body immunity. Without further ado, here is the video.
