To be honest, although I have been living in Muara Karang, I don’t know that this new place exists, seriously. I just happened to pass in front of it after my meal in Pasar Muara Karang at lunch time. Seriously, they need to make the signage of the coffee shop bigger!! I mean who would see that small black signage in front of the dark grayish background. It’s only written “aya” with a tree as a logo. Personally, I was so in love with the design. It’s Sunday afternoon and we were just having chit chat over coffee and photoshoot session at coffee shop near my neighborhood. We wanted to have something for dinner but not really main courses but maybe in smaller scale like dim sum or something like that. Speaking of dim sum, my bff knew a place near our neighborhood that served dim sum and the fact that it’s not a Chinese restaurant intrigued me. Hence, we went to the place called Kedai Abnormal. Don’t mistake this chain for Warunk Upnormal, it’s a different place with different owners. It’s located at Muara Karang Raya across B Steak. That day was a holiday. I remembered the boredom that I felt that morning, it escalated and turned my lazy mode on. I didn’t know what to do and I didn’t want to do anything either, I was in dilemma. Not long after that boredom moment struck me, I remembered that I had promised my bestie that we would go to this coffee shop located at Green Bay Apartment in North Jakarta. My mood was totally turned back like 180 degrees, I was totally excited over that trip instantly.
Back in July last year, I was visiting a small yet pretty garden that grows a lot of flowers. It is called Begonia Garden. It is located at Puncak, West Java. Originally, I thought this place is a big garden, but actually it isn’t. It could hosts around 200 people. After that, you will felt trapped because the trail isn’t big enough to accommodate those visitors.
